Strawberries and Ginger
Clean berries, leave green end on. Cut berries in half, with a sharp knife cut out core of berry. Melt chocolate and dip each half of the berry tip down into melted chocolate. Let dry on waxed paper. Chill. Mix 3 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese with 2 rounds minced ginger and 1 tablespoon of ginger syrup. Mix well. Put in a zip lock bag. Press out air and zip up. Force to one corner of the bag. Snip a hole in corner of the bag and use as a pastry bag. Press a small amount in center of berries. Joyce Kuzmak |
