This is excellent spread on bagels, crackers or with canned or fresh
pears.

8oz. package cream cheese, softened

rounds finely minced Stem Ginger
syrup drained from Stem Ginger
Press ginger through garlic press, or chop to mince. Mix ginger into
softened cream cheese, add syrup as needed. Refrigerate for 1 hour or
overnight for flavors to blend.
